The Animal Anti-Cruelty League in Cape Town is one of the largest welfare organisations in South Africa, with a focus on small animal medicine and surgery. We strive to offer quality primary health care for deserving communities. We have a very supportive, energetic and committed team of vets and nurses. Our theatre equipment has recently been upgraded and we also have digital x-ray facilities.
We are excited to welcome another Veterinarian to join our experienced and passionate welfare team in a busy small animal hospital.
The position consists of the following tasks:
- (60%) Surgical procedures, including routine sterilisations, soft tissue surgery and orthopaedics
- (20%) General hospital in-patient care
- (20%) Providing excellent primary health care through consultations
Candidate must be registered with the South African Veterinary Council. New graduates are welcome to apply.
The position offers excellent working hours (NO AFTER HOURS).
