Tax Receipts
DONATIONS TAX EXEMPTION IN TERMS OF (Section 18(a)) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT. As a resident of South Africa and you would like a tax deductible receipt issued for your kind donation, please send your request to nbod@aacl-jhbnb.co.za with proof of donation attached to your e-mail. (We would also like to acknowledge your generosity but electronic deposit slips which are sent via the bank often do not have donor contact details which means that we are unable to express our appreciation.)
Please note that tax receipts cannot be issued in arrears later than 6 months after the end of the relevant tax period, as the AACL™ must submit an advisory to SARS reflecting the number of tax receipts issued. If you do require a tax receipt kindly request it with confirmation of donation.
